Journey was founded on Quel'dorei in February of 2007. The core founders all have played WoW together for 4 plus years now. We are the top real 10 man raiding guild on Quel'Dorei - just my humble opinion. As we have been on Quel'Dorei for a while now, we have met many good people that like to play the same way.
We have raiding experience and some of the best players on Quel'Dorei - and people that hate the hard core raiding scene. Loot greed, jealousy, and impatience brings out the bad side of raiding. If you stress out over loot then go somewhere else. Loot greed got the best of us in the past and some of us split up "to progress through raiding." However, we soon discovered it is just more fun to play with friends - and we have met people that are the same way.
Most raiding guilds come and go - hard core raiding is intense and has high turnover. Most raiding guilds don't make it because - quite frankly - organizing 25 people on one objective is alot of work. Doing that 4-5 days a week - lol that is like a full time job. Journey is strictly a 10 man raiding guild in WOTLK and is not a springboard for people that want to do 25 man raiding. If you really want 25 man raiding do not apply with Journey.
We are looking for like minded people that want to socialize, have fun, and progress with those that are good at this game. WoW is obviously a social game. At the end of the day, it is the people you share your time with in the game that makes it fun. This has been the main contributor to our longevity on Quel'dorei as other guilds come and go.
We don't have alot of recruiting guidelines but all applicants must be 20 years old or older and will have a two week trial period (give or take) in which both sides can determine if we are good fit.
We look forward to seeing your applications. Thanks for visiting our modest forum.
